Are you confident in deep water?

Are you able to complete:

• 50m Front Crawl
• 50m Back Crawl
• 50m Breaststroke
• A dive
• Swim 10m underwater

Can you tread water and perform a handstand in the pool?

Then you are invited to come and learn artistic swimming.

During a four-week introductory course our coaches will work with you to teach some basic skills and will also assess whether you are a strong enough swimmer to enjoy taking part. Feedback will be given at the end of the course and some swimmers will be invited to join the club.

Please be aware that some swimmers may not be invited to join but encouraged to develop their swimming further and offered the opportunity to come back for a further trial at a later date. Our next course will take place on Tuesday 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th September from 7:00 to 7:30pm at Nottingham High School Pool. Swimmers must be available to attend all four sessions and places are limited so will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

The four-week course will cost £15 and full payment will be needed to secure your place.
