About Us

Longest Running Club in Nottingham

The Green Arrows SSC is the longest running synchronised swimming club in Nottinghamshire, having been established in September 1971.

We are a competitive synchro club and welcome swimmers of all ages and backgrounds. We provide a supportive atmosphere, encouraging all swimmers to work to the best of their own ability. Our current coaches work closely with the swimmers on their technique, skill and stamina, as well as producing original choreography each year for competitions. We gained ASA Swim21 accreditation in 2015 and through keeping our standards high we are still accredited under Swim England’s SwimMark quality standard with the Essential Club module.

Every two months, the club produces a newsletter, detailing any recent or upcoming events, along with results of competitions and gradings. This is emailed to every member of the club, so please ensure your details are up-to-date if you would like to receive this vital information.
